You and US Trademark Group agree exclusively and irrevocably to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any disputes relating to the submission of any application by US Trademark Group on your behalf shall be strictly subject to the terms of the applicable Representation Agreement found in the online application, to which you have agreed to be bound.  In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and the Representation Agreement, the terms of the Representation Agreement shall control.
